TWISTELLAR. SALESFORCE PROJECTS MILESTONES

How We Work

Implementing and configuring Salesforce is not the only part of a complete automation project. Stages of studying of a situation, a collective choice of the most suitable decision, users training, development of habits and adaptation are also crucial for the success. The human factor and business expertise of the integrator are key factors of success or failure of automation projects.

Our approach

Our approach to cooperation is based on three main principles:

1
Focus on people factors
In the success of an IT project the impact of technological factors is 30%, and 70% is defined by people: committed definition of project goals, realistic planning, effective implementation and caring post-implementation support. Usually an engineering company will focus on platform features, while we're driven by business values and expectations. And we'll help you make sure that your company is ready for digital transformation.
Focus on people factors
2
Trust and transparency
We know a lot of ways IT-companies use to exaggerate your spendings on IT. Low initial rates and huge estimates after, project teams with an excessive number of people, inefficient architecture requiring constant support, etc. We never do that, we provide honest estimates and solutions, as we believe that long-term reputation is the key asset and investment. Sometimes we'll even convince you not to invest in IT for now.
3
High standards
With our team of 100 people, we understand that we're still quite a small company in this big market. And with all the alternatives you have, we need to work really hard for you to choose us. Our management team leads by example and defines our corporate culture. We all try really hard to make you happy with our cooperation and make things simple for you. Probably that works, as we grew from 0 to 100 in just 5 years from scratch.

Long-term Partnership
You have some need - either a more complex demand for your business automation, or a very direct request for extra Salesforce resources.
You reach out, we get acquainted and learn about your business. You'll speak with our CEO Dmitri Leichik, who has 20 years of experience in management, and will be able to deeply understand your business needs. No obligations, this discussion is free. Its goal - to define if Salesforce and our services are really a good fit for you. If you're able to provide something in written form - even better.
We draft the solution and make a rough estimate of your project. Or provide you with a rate card for T&M engagements. Don't expect the cheapest prices, but the overall budgets will be very cost-effective and realistic. We promise and deliver. Period. All risks on us.
We try our best to adjust to your feedback. Again, our goal is a long-term partnership and word of mouth. We'll act transparently - you'll always have all data to make a decision.
If you're ready to go - we dive deep into details of the project and launch. And then we'll either adjust to your project management standards, or will suggest our best practices. We'll behave as if we're a part of your team.
If you hesitate for now - totally fine. Most probably to postpone would be the right decision for you. But we'll stay in touch and if you're ready in future - we'll always welcome you.

So the process of our engagement is simple

Our recommendations

Our recommendations

1
Let's speak about your expectations. We really want to help, and we can't read minds. Please share everything that you've got. There're no silly questions.
2
Let's document the requirements. You'll be surprised how differently can people understand the same business flows. Let's spend some more time on business analysis - this will pay off, we assure you.
3
Please ensure that you have people in your organization who you may rely upon for implementation. The best technical solution may be a waste of money if it's not used. And to start using something takes a change of habits. Somebody will have to drive and lead that.
4
Let's launch in phases. One of the huge benefits of Salesforce - you can prepare and roll out stages of your project to simplify adoption and start getting value earlier. Let's leverage agile and scrum - their best points.

Problem Solving

If something goes wrong

1
Like any other company, we had problems in our projects. We never ruined anything (lucky enough), but several times we seriously miscalculated estimates and delayed promised ETAs. It was always a huge blow for us, but we're not afraid to speak about that, as we used all these cases to self-improve and get better.
2
We always take all extra costs on us. If we didn't foresee something - that's our problem. If we're delaying something for objective reasons - we'll let you know in advance, we'll define the resolution together and will do everything we can to help adjust to that.
3
All issues are resolved directly by business owners on our side. We care greatly about our people and our customers. And we'll never leave any of them one on one with a problem. We're available any time - just don't hesitate to reach out.
