"The need of significant upgrade of the way people interact with CRM systems has always been crucial. Obviously, the degree of users' adoption, frequency and accuracy of interactions with systems, and reliability of information stored in corporate data silos, heavily depend on the comfort of inputting info. And honestly speaking, there's still much to do in this field! Combined with the latest trend of AI tools for processing written and verbal language being spread into enterprise market, and the innovational spirit of Salesforce, it was just a matter of time to welcome such proprietary applications on force.com
platform. And here they are!
My personal opinion is that it will be great to have an opportunity to use voice assistants for certain cases, but probably more for accessing data, rather than for inputing it. But Twistellar is definitely in trend. We're currently working on several applications implementing speech recognition technologies to utilize the capabilities of Einstein and improve them with our own algorithms. At the same time, our application DASH is dedicated to simplifying the interface for "traditional" interaction with Salesforce, and together these improvements, we believe, will create a much more user-friendly environment that will improve users' comfort and ROI of CRM investments".
