About project
Need for a customer servicing system with a direct connection to Salesforce production instance. Should provide self-service for users and should administer all their needs, questions and proposals.
Creation of user portal. SF communities are used to build a corporate site with limited access to internal SF processes. New data from customers, their relationships and opportunities are tracked inside the system.
Fast and responsive interface for customers and partners helps to interact with internal knowledge base and user support system. External site, built-in in Salesforce, integrates CRM capabilities with fast and beautiful customer support service.
