Challenges

Sharp Reflections has been using Salesforce since around 2012, initially introduced by a single salesperson and the company’s CEO. Over the years, as the company expanded, so did its reliance on Salesforce. By 2023, Sharp Reflections had 12 Salesforce licenses in use, supporting a growing sales team and increasing demands for more robust CRM functionality.
However, this growth also introduced challenges. The existing Salesforce setup was becoming outdated and less effective in meeting the needs of a larger, more dynamic team. Dashboards were not management-friendly, and the database required significant cleanup to improve operations.
To address these issues, Sharp Reflections sought the assistance of a Salesforce managed services provider. While their initial partner continued to provide support with Account Engagement, the opportunity came to try a fresh approach to Sales Cloud.
