The large national-wide non-profit organization was using force.com licences and had a heavily customized org that functioned far from optional. We were asked to standardize all the existing functionality, and build a community for their members.
SOLUTION AND TECHNOLOGIES
We conducted full scale project that was initiated with business analysis stage, audit of the org and planning the roadmap of implementation. Two stages of the project were dedicated to replicating the existing functionality using standard objects, and building the community.
The customer is happy that without losing any legacy data, he got an integrated org using standard functionality at its most, and thus, becoming much easier supportable. And the community provides interactive functions for their members to increase commitment and loyalty.
