Vivino: Improving Support Case Quality with Agentforce
Vivino processes hundreds of support requests daily, but manually analyzing the quality of each conversation and determining the root causes of poor CSAT was impossible. Twistellar has developed an Agentforce prototype, which automatically detects problem requests, determines the reasons for bad ratings and analyzes the quality of communication. This became the starting point for the Vivino team to develop the solution further.

Human Practice Foundation: Nonprofit Cloud Implementation and Data Migration
