The local leader of the market wanted to leverage Salesforce advantages at full scale and amend Community functionality to their implementation, both for Partners and Customers.
SOLUTION AND TECHNOLOGIES
We created both communities, built a series of pages, with custom dashboards and automated business flows. That required close interaction with the business, and also included a custom API integration with third-party accounting system.
Both communities were a great success - providing the possibility for customers and partners to interact with company over the website, which led to raise of cost efficiency, increased revenue and improved loyalty.
