Over the past 12 years in software engineering, including 11+ working specifically with Salesforce, Serge has successfully implemented more than 40 enterprise-wide projects including complex systems integration and architectural audits. He has experience in various verticals including financial services, e-commerce, healthcare, logistics, and SaaS.

One of the most challenging projects that Serge worked on included a platform with more than 10,000 hours of development, which combined Salesforce architecture with mobile applications and custom Java services, as well as Node.js middleware.

Along with being involved in designing solutions directly, Serge participates in the larger community by writing and teaching about Salesforce licensing, integrations, architecture, and platform implementation, among other things, offering training programs for the LISA/ITAM Forum.
